A handy online banking feature
Check out this super helpful popup that came up while I was searching for stock photos on Getty the other day:

Even though I wasn’t confused at the time and didn’t really need to chat with anyone, I sure appreciated Getty asking me! And, if I was banking online (a place where I’m much more likely to get confused) I would definitely appreciate a popup like that asking me if I needed help from a financial services specialist.
Just goes to show how an easy step like a live customer chat feature can go a long way in creating satisfied customers, and satisfied customers tend to pass on the news of their good banking experience to others. For any bank advertising itself as responsive and customer-centric, a feature like this on the bank’s website seems almost indispensable.

I got a similar popup last night when I was searching flights on American Airlines website. I agree it could be useful–especially on a bank site.
